1. Who we are
Scribbleli is a product of ScribbleLinks, a Softscribble company, based in Mumbai, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Scribbleli you agree to these terms. If you use Scribbleli for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
2. The service
Scribbleli is a browser extension with AI tools that work inside your own logged-in LinkedIn: Auto Replier, Auto Commentor, Lead Hunter, LinkedIn Outreach, Contacts Fetcher, Chat Exporter and Connection Pruner, plus an online dashboard.
We keep improving Scribbleli, so features may change. If we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
3. Your account
- Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One plan covers one LinkedIn account. Don't share an account between people or LinkedIn profiles.
- You must be at least 18 and give us accurate details.
4. Plans, billing and AI credits
- Each plan's price is shown on our Pricing page, per LinkedIn account, plus any taxes that apply. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance by autopay and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI Credits, shown on the Pricing page. If you need more, contact us. Unused credits don't carry over to the next month unless we tell you otherwise.
- Enterprise plans for 10 or more accounts are priced by agreement.
- If a payment fails, we may pause the tools until it's paid.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.

5. Using LinkedIn responsibly
Scribbleli works inside your own LinkedIn account, so you remain responsible for how it's used and for following LinkedIn's User Agreement and any laws that apply to your outreach, such as anti-spam and data protection laws.
We build in human-like pacing, daily limits and auto-pause to keep activity safe, but LinkedIn controls its own platform and we can't guarantee it won't restrict or limit an account. We're not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes on your account.
- Don't use Scribbleli to spam, harass, mislead or impersonate anyone.
- Don't collect or use other people's data in ways the law doesn't allow.
- Don't try to copy, reverse-engineer, resell (outside our partner program) or overload the service.
6. AI-written content
Scribbleli's AI writes comments, messages and replies based on the information and examples you give it. You're responsible for what's posted or sent from your account, so set it up carefully and review its activity. AI can make mistakes. Don't rely on it for anything where an error would cause harm.
7. Your data
How we collect, store and use data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to run Scribbleli for you.
8. Our intellectual property
Scribbleli, its software, design and brand belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your plan is active.
9. Ending your account
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or doesn't pay. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Scribbleli is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running well, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, or that it will produce a particular number of leads, meetings or sales.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business or account restrictions, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use Scribbleli after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. We'd always rather sort things out with you directly first, so please contact us.
