1. Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing admin@scribbleli.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
- Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
- You keep full access until the end of the month or year you've already paid for.
2. Refunds
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance by autopay. We don't refund part-used months or years.
- If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund the extra charge in full.
- If Scribbleli was unavailable for a long period because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll make it right with a credit or a refund.
3. AI credits
- The AI Credits included in your plan are part of the plan and have no separate cash value.
- Extra credits you buy are non-refundable once you start using them. Unused extra credits can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of buying them.
4. Enterprise and partners
Enterprise plans and partner arrangements follow the terms in your agreement with us. Where they differ from this page, the agreement applies.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
6. Delivery of the service
Scribbleli is software, so there's nothing to ship. Your account is active as soon as payment goes through, and you can download the extension right away.
